Robb Smith has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His expertise focuses on the design and implementation of employee benefit programs for companies and not-for-profit institutions. He has extensive knowledge of 401k, profit sharing and pension plans, as well as ERISA and non-ERISA 403b and 457 plans.

Robb is a founding member of Tax Sheltered Annuity Alliance (TSAA), organized to assist public school districts, churches and non-profit organizations comply with IRS regulations on 403b and 457 plans. TSAA provides consulting services, service provider platforms and fiduciary guidance to plan sponsors in the 403b/457 market.

Robb has obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) designation signifying his commitment to the highest standards of excellence for retirement plan fiduciaries and participants.

Robb and his wife, Dorothy, have lived in Omaha for the past 24 years and have two grown children. Robb is involved in numerous civic and church activities, having served as a board member for Goodwill Industries (Lincoln) and as session elder, trustee’s board chairman and board member of the Hispanic Ministries Outreach program in South Omaha.
